His hands-on approach means you get practical advice from someone who has been in the trenches.

On the investment side, Tom specializes in ground-up new home spec building and small multifamily construction (12 units and under), along with rental properties and land investments. He brings a strategic eye for identifying opportunities and the construction know-how to maximize returns on every deal.
